Terms and Conditions –
Including SPECIAL CONDITIONS (effective from 6th April 2026)
1. Booking and payment for BabySplash courses can only be made online, and for the full term fees.
2. If you join our classes after the term has stared, your course fees will be charged pro-rata based on the number of classes remaining for the term. Once paid, our course fees are only valid for the term booked and cannot be transferred to another term.
3. All payments for our courses are non-refundable, and non-transferrable.
4. All bookings are registered on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
5. Prior to attending any BabySplash class, a parent must disclose any medical condition or ailment which may restrict or prevent their child from safely attending and/or joining in our lessons.
6. A parent is required to be in the water and with their child for the duration of each lesson.
7. To ensure the safety of all children attending our BabySplash classes, the parent accompanying their child must be able to understand and comply with the teacher’s instructions in English.
8. All babies MUST wear ‘swim nappies’ to take part in any of our classes. If disposable swim nappies are worn, then your baby must wear a costume over the top of the disposable swim nappy.
9. ‘Make-up’ classes will NOT be provided if you are not able to attend a class.
10. If your child is sick please inform us via EMAIL only : info@babysplashdubai.com.
11. Once each class has ended, unless you are a member of the club/venue at which your lessons are being taught, you are kindly requested to change and leave the club facilities after the lesson.
12. Parents are requested only use one sunbed per family at our venues when watching classes.
13. All clients must abide by the rules of the club/venue at which their courses are taking place.
14. In the unfortunate event that the weather prevents the use of a pool for our lessons, neither the pool facility provider, nor BabySplash, can be held responsible for the provision of any replacement classes.
15. Should BabySplash cancel a full lesson, due to pool closure, this lesson will be made up at another time during that term.
16. BabySplash reserves the right to change class day or times if required due to operational requirements.
17. By registering for any of our courses, you give consent for BabySplash to take and use photographs and/or video recordings of both parent and child, expressly for the purposes of BabySplash marketing and promotion.
18. I expressly release and discharge BabySplash, its owners, employees, agents, hired venues and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, suits, demands or actions arising from, or in connection with, [my/his/her] participation in BabySplash lessons.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS (effective from 6th April 2026)
A. In the event that a class is INTERRUPTED by a UAE Official Emergency Notification, all parents and children will be required to exit the pool and seek safe shelter until the ‘All Clear’ notification is received.
B. In the event the the situation in A above occurs, where operationally possible, BabySplash will use all reasonable efforts to continue with the balance of any interrupted class on that same day.
C. In the event that classes are CANCELLED by BabySplash prior to a class starting, BabySplash will offer those affected clients a one-time make-up lesson provisioned for Sunday 10th May 2026 at times to be notified.
D. These Special Conditions have been implemented due to the execptional circumstances currently being experienced by all in the UAE. BabySplash is doing all things possible to ensure the continuity of its classes, however it cannot be held responsible for operational matters outside of its control.
